In the middle of the fiercest storm, Jesus walked on the same waves that were overwhelming His disciples. That which was over their heads was under His feet.
Whatever is overwhelming you or causing you fear today - know this - Jesus has got it under His feet. Plus, if He is the head, and you are part of the Body of Christ, then all things are under your feet also! Don't live according to your current condition but from your blood-bought position. You are never a victim but always a victor through Jesus' death and resurrection. There is nothing that will confront you that has not already been conquered. There is no foe that is not defeated. There is no sickness greater than the name of Jesus. There is no need in your life that is higher than His Name.
Whatever it is, no matter how intimidating or overwhelming it looks - be assured of this anything that seems to be over your head is already under Christ's feet.
“After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone, and the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it. Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake. When the disciples saw him walking on the lake, they were terrified. “It's a ghost,” they said, and cried out in fear. But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid.” “Lord, if it's you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.” “Come,” he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!” And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”
“And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.”
“What is mankind that you are mindful of them, a son of man that you care for him? You made them a little lower than the angels; you crowned them with glory and honor and put everything under their feet.”
“Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet .”’
“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.”
1 Corinthians 15:27
“For he “has put everything under his feet.”
