The Strength of Weakness

You are an answer looking for problems to solve.  Your past struggles are someone’s solution. The battles you fought yesterday will help another person to have victory today.  What caused you the greatest pain will bring deep healing to others. The obstacles you have overcome are the source of your biggest opportunities.  God loves to take the areas where we have experienced wounds and weakness and show Himself strong.

Don’t hide your scars. They are what qualify you for the call of God on your life to speak into the deepest brokenness and the most hurting hearts. People always connect much more to your vulnerability than to your strength.  Glory in your weakness because that is where Christ is most exalted. Everywhere you go you are a representative of Heaven carrying hope, truth, life, love and healing. In a world of shallowness, superficially and facade, people are dying for authenticity, integrity, depth and truth.  They need you to be the most real you and to show them the most glorious Jesus.

 2 Corinthians 11:30

“If I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness.”

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. ” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

1 Corinthians 1:27

“But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.”
