Don’t Miss the Signs

I was talking with a designer today about new signage/branding for the church I lead, when I felt the Lord continually impress the word ‘SIGN’.  This is a time when the Lord is giving His people unusual and significant signs to point the way into our future and to show us what He’s up to.  It’s happening now.  Many of these signs will confirm what you already sense.

These signs may be physical things that you see - a billboard, a news headline, a social media post.  But they will also unexpected interactions, unexplainable happenings, even signs in nature around you.

A sign always points to something beyond itself. So when your attention is drawn to something, or when something unusual happens, don’t get too fixated on the sign but ask yourself: ‘What is this sign pointing to, what is God trying to show me?’

God is longing to communicate with you and wants to signpost the way into the good future He has for you.  Keep your eyes open and your spirit sensitive.
